All orders are shipped via UPS. Signature is required for delivery.

Standard Ground shipping - $10.00
2nd Day shipping            - $20.00
Overnight shipping          - $25.00

6% sales tax is applied to all retail purchases shipped to Florida addresses.

Return Policy

Lauren G. Adams stands behind all of our products. If you encounter a problem due to manufacturers defect, you can return the item for repair/replacement for the same item. All repairs/replacements must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase date. No refunds. No exchanges. 

Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-562-8860 to receive a Return Authorization number prior to shipping items back to Lauren G Adams. All items must be shipped to us via registered mail or any “signature required” shipping method. We will not be responsible for any items shipped by untraceable methods.
