PRODUCT WARRANTY

We at Lauren G. Adams stand behind all of our products. If you encounter any problem with any item you purchase from us it can be returned to us for repair/replacement. Items with manufacturers defects will be replaced. All repairs/replacements must be sent to us within 30 days of purchase date. No refunds or exchanges. Items must be accompanied by the warranty form and $10.00 per item in the form of a money order or cashier's check. All items must be shipped to us via registered mail or any “signature required” shipping method. We will not be responsible for any items shipped by untraceable methods.
